  • DIED: September 30, 2016

Timothy John Wojcik passed away peacefully with family in attendance on September 30, 2016. He was born in 1968 and graduated from the Old Lyme school system in 1987. He then attended and graduated from the Connecticut Police Academy. Timothy lived his life with two important priorities. First, his greatest joy and purpose, was for his three children; LCPL Alexander John Wojcik, USMC; Charlotte Mary Wojcik, and Grant Andrew Wojcik. His other priority, was to perform his duties as a police officer and his actions, along with his efforts, were recognized by the residences and visitors of Old Lyme. A serious injury while on duty prevented him from continuing his work on the force. Timothy then turned his love of cooking into a career through his attendance and graduation from the Connecticut Culinary Institute. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Church, 1 McCurdy Road in Old Lyme on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 10:00AM.
